Boost your breakfast

Serves two


  • 500 ml quark, cottage cheese or yogurt 
  • 50 gr nuts 
  • 125 gr blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons muesli 
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1-2 tablespoons GOOD ROOTZ


  1. Roast the nuts in a small frying pan until golden brown and set aside
  2. Divide the quark, yogurt or cottage cheese over two bowls and add the muesli
  3. Arrange blackberries, nuts and chia seeds on top of the muesli
  4. Mix the honey or maple syrup with 1-2 tablespoons of GOOD ROOTZ and drizzle it over the bowls
